My name is Mike Molokhia

Welcome to Lovely Bubbley, a business born out of a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and love. My name is Mike and I'm the founder of this bubble tea business that offers delicious, colourful, and refreshing drinks that are sure to delight your senses.

But Lovely Bubbley is more than just a business for me. It's the culmination of a story that started when I hit rock bottom.

I was a graphic designer with a promising career when an osteoma growth in my eye forced me out of the job that I had dedicated my entire life to. It was a devastating blow, and I fell into serious depression which led to a mental health breakdown.

In the midst of this turmoil, I decided to take a break and travel to Taiwan to stay with one of my oldest friends who had settled there. Little did I know that this trip would change my life forever. It was in Taiwan that I discovered a little colourful bubble tea truck selling the most amazing bubble tea I've ever tasted. It was at this little bubble truck, that I fell in love with Bubble Tea.

The culture, the people, and the energy of Taiwan inspired me to see life with new eyes. I felt a newfound sense of hope and possibility that I'd lost in the darkness of my breakdown. The experience of tasting that delicious bubble tea was a small but significant moment of joy that sparked a fire in me.

I knew then that I wanted to bring that same joy and sense of possibility to others through my own bubble tea business. And so, Lovely Bubbley was born.

For me, Lovely Bubbley is more than just a business; it's a way to share my passion for life and my love for the Taiwanese culture that inspired me. Every drink we make is crafted with care, creativity, and a sense of joy that we hope will spread to every customer who walks up to our counter.

We believe that the little things in life can make a big difference, and our drinks are a small but meaningful way to add some colour and sparkle to your day. Whether you're looking for a quick pick-me-up or a refreshing treat, we've got something for everyone.
